Jersey Beach Pottery and Sea Glass
Found on Jersey's beaches. Set in Silver. Worn forever.
During storms and high tides, fragments of 19th century china surface on Jersey's beaches, remnants of tea trade ships that sheltered in the Channel Islands on their return from China to London and didn't always make it.
I collect these shards, shape them into hearts as close to their original shape and size, and set them in sterling silver. Every piece is genuinely unique: the pottery pattern, the age worn-surface, the exact shape. You cannot buy the same one twice.
