All pieces are delivered in a jewellery box to the address supplied with your order. Please ensure your Paypal address is updated to your current address.

Items can be gift wrapped, free of charge, upon request.

Channel islands and UK deliveries will be "signed for".

International deliveries: Items can be delivered using the 'Signed For', 'Special Delivery' or Courier methods through Royal Mail, Parcel Force, DHL, UPS or equivalent.

All orders will receive a confirmation email and details on delivery.

Taxes and Import Duties

For UK Customers: Prices displayed are EX-VAT. Your total price will include the VAT which will be added at checkout and I will pay on your behalf to HMRC.

For all other countries: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

The website www.aida.je, is owned and operated by Aida Handmade Jewellery, registered with the JFSC and addressed at Linden House, Bagatelle Road, St. Saviour, JE2 7TY, Jersey.

Placing an order for goods on the website indicates your acceptance of the website's terms and conditions.

I will always communicate with you through your email address or telephone provided.

If you do not receive a confirmation email after registering or placing an order please get in touch..

Aida Handmade Jewellery will not be responsible or liable if you should fail to receive emails sent to the email address provided when you register.

I reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions at any time.

2. USE OF THIS WEBSITE

Misusing this website is prohibited. You must not use the site for any purpose that could damage the name of Aida Handmade Jewellery or aida.je or any goodwill attached to the same.

You must not use the website for illegal, criminal or fraudulent activity (including breaches of copyright, trademarks, patents and/or privacy) or in any manner which would cause harm or distress to any third party. Breaching this provision would constitute a criminal offence and any such breach will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities. Fraudulent use of credit cards will also be reported to the relevant authorities.

Aida Handmade Jewellery or www.aida.je are not responsible for any damage caused by the misuse of this website or from any information contained herein.

Permission is granted to electronically copy and print only those areas of the site so required in the process of using the site as a shopping resource.

Copying, modifying, or distributing any part or content of the site for any other reason, without prior written permission from aida.je is expressly prohibited. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

3. TERMS OF SALE

Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirming your order; please ensure that all details of the order are correct. You should notify us straight away of any amendments you wish to make.

Whilst all items are offered for sale in good faith, occasionally, for reasons beyond my control, I may not be able to fullfil your order. If for any reason your item is unavailable, I will contact you to offer you a different option, a substitute, or refund your payment. Therefore a sale agreement will only exist between yourself and www.aida.je when you receive an email confirming your order has been despatched.

Delivery and dispatch times may vary from time to time depending on the availability of products, but I aim to dispatch goods within two working days of acceptance of your order, unless the item is out of stock or made to order in which case I will let you know when delivery is likely.

I can accept no responsibility for delays in delivery caused by postal delays and major striking action by postal services or associated businesses.

4. CANCELLATION/REFUND

This policy does not apply to bespoke, made to order items, rings and earrings, all of which are exempt from the right to cancel.

You can cancel your order and request a refund up to14 working days from the day of delivery.

You do not have to give any reason for cancellation. However, a brief explanation will help me improve the service I offer to customers in the future.

If you must cancel or return an order, you must return the goods in its original packaging in perfect condition at your own expense, ensuring everything is packaged adequately to protect against damage during travel.

If you fail to return the goods, there will be no refund.

If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned, and this results in damage or deterioration, I will have to charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

These Terms & Conditions are in accordance with the laws of Jersey and in dispute will therefore be dealt with in accordance with these.
